• Customers who make purchases of HK$500 or more in our stores are eligible to use our free of charge Local Delivery Service in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
• Delivery schedules for various districts/places*:

District	Delivery Dates and Time
Kowloon	Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
Hong Kong*	Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
N. T. (Nil for all outlying islands except Tung Chung town & Park Lai Bay	Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
Tung Chung town & Park Lai Bay	Twice each month, i.e., the 1st and 16th day of each month (should it be Sunday, then changed to forthcoming Monday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.

We provide mail order services for local and overseas customers. Specially, such services accommodate the needs of all those who wish to send their purchases made in our store and who order by email, fax, mail (and web later) the goods to be sent to the appointed destination in all parts of the world. The method of payment is flexible, as customers could use credit cards, T/T at their wish. For details, please contact Customer Services Department at our Jordan Main Store.

As a rule, all purchased goods cannot be relieved or accepted for exchange. However, if necessary and when the purchased goods and the package still remain in good condition and saleable, customer can bring it/them back to our relevant department for exchange, together with the purchase receipt(s) within 14 days upon purchase from us.
(For hygienic sake, there is no exchange for food, medicine, underwear and socks.)

We reserve the right to make amendments to this policy without prior notice, as well as to make final decision should any disputes arise regarding this policy.

Yue Hwa offers five gift vouchers for customer's choice, the values/amounts of which vary from: HK$50, HK$100, HK$200, HK$300 to HK$500. Gift Vouchers are available for purchase at Yue Hwa Jordan Main Store in Hong Kong.

Gift Vouchers can be used at all Yue Hwa Department Store, Travel Essentials and Chinese Medicine specialty stores in Hong Kong. Gift Vouchers are unredeemable for cash and there is no refund for any amount that is left over from purchase of good.

We provide free wrapping services for gift items purchased from us, if customers rely on us. For more details, please contact our staff.
