<Alteration Service>
1. We provide free alteration services on purchase fashion at our store.
2. We provide alterations on pant and sleeve length adjustment only.
3. Alteration service of the fashion you purchased must be informed within one week.
4. Fashion after alteration cannot be exchanged.


<Gift Wrapping>
We provide free wrapping services if customer rely on us.

<Gift Vouchers>
Yue Hwa offers you five choices in the value of gift vouchers: HK$50, HK$100, HK$200, HK$300 & HK$500. Gift Vouchers are available for your purchase at every Yue Hwa Department Store in Hong Kong.
Gift Vouchers can be used at every Yue Hwa Department and Chinese Medicine specialty stores in Hong Kong. Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and there is no refund of any unused amount.


<Exchange Policy>

To make an exchange, customer can simply bring the item to our stores and present your item together with its purchase receipt(s).
We reserve the right to make amendments to this policy without prior policy.
We reserve the right of final decision to any disputes regarding this policy.
<Local Delivery Service>
Local Delivery Service
Provided for Customers' Purchases

(A) Customers who make purchases of HK$200 or more in our stores are eligible to use free of charge our Local Delivery Service in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

(B) Delivery schedules for various districts/places :

Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
N. T.(Nil for all outlying islands except Tung Chung town & Park Lai Bay
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
Tung Chung town & Park Lai Bay
Twice each month, i.e., the 1st and 16th day of each month (should it be Sunday, then changed to forthcoming Monday) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.

(C) Terms and conditions for our Local Delivery Service :

1) Our Local Delivery Service is confined to no other than the above districts only.

2) Deadline for taking in delivery orders:
Jordan Main Store - 5:00 p.m. daily;
All our other Stores - 1 to 2 days before delivery normally.

3) Advanced notification/appointment with Customers :
Except Sunday (day-off), our Delivery Services Department ("DSD") will notify or make appointment with customers by telephone around 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. one day before delivery day.

4) In case that any customer should change delivery date and address, he or she must liaison in advance with our department where he or she made purchases for re-appointment.

5) Our DSD only engages in local delivery service. Customers are required to contact our relevant department direct for services such as installation, commissioning.

6) Under any of the following circumstances, we regret that no delivery service shall be provided :
i) As restricted by transportation regulations or similar causes under relevant ordinances, our trucks simply could not get to the destination nor park and unload the goods upon arrival of the address of delivery.
ii) The staircases or lifts or passages of the premises where delivery is made are too narrow and small for the goods to be delivered.
iii) From the circumstances encountered at the address of delivery, our DSD staff judge and consider that there might be potential danger to their own safety or the safety of the goods and the properties of our Company.

7) Our Local Delivery Service does not cover the following districts and places:
i) All outlying islands except Tung Chung town and Park Lai Bay (for these two places, please refer to the above schedule).
ii) For Discovery Bay, our DSD only delivers customers' purchases to the pier at Central. Prior to receipt of their purchases, customers shall liaison and make advanced appointment with the vessels for onward delivery to the destination at Discovery Bay.
iii) All such places as above 6) i), ii) and iii) referred to and roads/areas for no entry of trucks and private roads and lanes, etc.
iv) For any delivery order which is effected to a remote or specially controlled area and extra charges required to be paid, such as road toll, passage fees or charges payable to parking space operators or container centres, our Company will not accept same and provide the delivery service to our customers unless they agree to pay such fees or charges.

8) Others :
i) For any premises or houses without lifts, our DSD has the right to refuse to provide any delivery service, yet, if it agrees to provide delivery service, it may charge customers for the service at its discretion.
ii) If the address of delivery falls into such areas on which road or vehicle restrictions are imposed (please refer to Note I herein), customers shall make enquiry and check with our DSD via its hotline : 2422 6882.

(D) Our Company reserves the right to revise, add, delete and alter any of the clauses of our Local Delivery Service, including the schedule, terms and conditions and all other relevant arrangements and our Company has also the final say in the provision of our Local Delivery Service.
